Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additionally, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

- Books with clear signs of use
- Opened media products, including CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank—processing times may delay the refund.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
