Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Kilagbe.store. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we are here to help if something goes wrong. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Returns
Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-returnable Items
Certain types of products are exempt from being returned, such as:
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Digital/downloadable products
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@kilagbe.store.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us with your order details.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at support@kilagbe.store for the return address and further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
